transactions.

What is the difference between pending and cleared?

This has to do with businesses’ return policies. If your transaction is pending, it means it has to wait for the businesses’ specified return policy timeline before it can be cleared.

When will the pending transactions clear?

When the return policy for the retailer has been met. Generally, this is between 30-90 days and will be stipulated in the terms and conditions from the business.

I can’t see my transaction listed after making a purchase; what do I do?

If your transaction hasn’t appeared within 5 days, please get in contact with us and we will investigate why. Please submit a transaction inquiry here.

How long until an online purchase credit shows?

This can take up to 5 days to appear on the app.

I made a transaction with my linked card with a business listed as a partner with iSponsor. However my group never received the money.

Please check to ensure you have selected your group, and/or check that the card you used is the one that is linked to your iSponsor account. Once you have checked those, please fill out this form and we will investigate the problem. Sometimes businesses can change POS providers and we don’t know about it.

What is an eligible card?

You can enrol a Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit or debit payment cards – however, not all cards are eligible, or when a transaction is processed outside of the Visa, Mastercard and AMEX networks. If you are to use a debit card – in order for the transaction to be tracked, the transaction will need to be authorised via signature and not PIN. Check the Terms of Service for more details.
